Do you have an open showroom?
No, we do not operate an open showroom. Should you wish to view a car, get in touch with our team and we will schedule a viewing within your preferred timeframe.
Can I send an independent inspector?
Sure, we do encourage all our clients to do so wherever they buy from. Although all our cars have a PDI report ready, a third eye is always welcome.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes, all cars come with 6 months, 10k miles warranty, unless stated otherwise.
Do you issue refunds?
For cars bought unseen, we offer a 14 day refund period. This does not cover transport and service fee. After 14 days, all sales are final. Should you wish to change your car, we can always take it on consignment to sell it on your behalf, for a commission.
Other legal protections
If a car is bought online, including using the ‘buy it now’ facility of an online auction, the purchaser is protected by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which means purchasers can change their minds and return it within 14 days.
Dealers are also bound by the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008), which prevents them from making any false claims about a vehicle’s age and condition, so that a buyer can rely on their statements when inspecting a vehicle.
